Shipping policy
SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE IN CANADA
Your order will ship within 5-7 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped out and given a tracking number. If we need to custom order anything for you, we will let you know our earliest delivery time. Arrival times vary depending on your shipping location. A signature is required for delivery of all shipments, unless otherwise noted.
PICK UP IN STORE
If you choose to pick up your items in store, an email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready. To select this option, you must input a billing and shipping address during checkout, but on the following page of the checkout, you will be able to select 'Pick up in store' as the shipping method. Please note that it must be the purchaser picking up the order, and they must provide the following upon collection of the order:
- A copy of the order invoice
- Photo ID matching the provided billing details
SALES TAXES
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process. Taxes are based on the destination.
SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the quantity of items and their weight. These rates are displayed during checkout.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our Shopify secure payment system. For your protection, we will not have access to your credit card details.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Interior Couture uses Canada Post.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation from Interior Couture itemizing the details of your order. Please review your confirmation immediately and contact us with any errors. If you do not receive a confirmation please check your spam mail or contact us at studio@interiorcouture.ca
SALE SHIPPING SCHEDULE
During times of a SALE on the website, we receive higher than usual customer volume. Please anticipate 3 to 4 additional days delay on top of estimated delivery times.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We will notify Customers here of any potential holiday related delays due to oversubscribed postal services. During the Christmas, period delays are expected. For deliveries outside of Ontario please allow 10 days to guarantee Christmas delivery.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Some oversize products may have a small freight excess. This may be mentioned in the product description and we will then contact you with the delivery quote prior to fulfilling the order.
BACK ORDERS
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. .Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any backorders, we will notify you by email with an expected delivery date. You will be entitled to cancel your order for a full refund or a partial refund for the back ordered items if the time frame is not acceptable.
DAMAGES
All of our items are inspected before being shipped so that we know you are receiving them in perfect condition. Should this not be the case upon arrival due to poor shipping and handling conditions, or due to some unforeseen circumstance, please contact us immediately.
Please do not accept your package if there are any visible damages.
Please contact us by email at studio@interiorcouture.ca and include a photograph of the damaged product. Please retain all damaged items and packaging until advised on the appropriate course of action.
